Captain/ Launch Driver

We are looking for Launch Operators to join us for the 2026 season. Our season begins in May and runs until Columbus Day Weekend. Launch Operators must contain a valid USCG MMC as a Master or Limited Master (Launch Operators license) as well as a TWIC card. Experience with single screwed vessels is a plus, but we will train the right candidates if needed. We have a great staff returning for the 2026 season that will be excellent coworkers. Working weekends, holidays, and nights are highly ranked. You must be able to work in a variety of conditions (heat, rain, wind, and long hours on your feet).  Responsibilities for Launch Operators are as follows:

• Safely and professionally operate a launch vessel in a variety of conditions
• Conduct routine safety inspections and engine room inspections before going underway
• Check fuel and oil levels at the start of each shift
• Assist dockhands with tying up incoming vessels if needed
• Provide an excellent hospitality service to all members and guests
• Assist the dockhands with our ceremonial colors each night
