Essential Functions:
- Follows prescribed safety rules and regulation during all yard activity and maintains a safe, clean work area.
- Power wash and deep clean boats.
- General boat repair, sanding, bottom painting, and shrink-wrap.
- Working with boat handling, launching, and hauling crew.
- Capable of operating a fork lift and other heavy equipment.
- Experience in boat systems, electric and electronics is also a plus.
- Must be honest, dependable, and timely with the ability to confidently work without direct supervision.
- Year-round full-time position.
