Composite Boatbuilder – Composite applicants should have knowledge in pre-peg and vacuum bag infusion techniques along with an understanding of hi-tech materials.  Salary commensurate with experience.


Marine Carpenter – Experienced with high-quality yacht joinery, cabinetry fabrication and installation, repairs and modifications, teak decking, and ship fitting, some fiberglass experience is helpful.  Salary commensurate with experience.


Marine Mechanic – Experienced in all aspects of marine diesel engine and systems installation, repair and troubleshooting. Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of service and new construction with strong organizational skills. Minimum 10 years in the related field with ABYC certification preferred.  Salary commensurate with experience.


Marine Electrician – Experienced marine electrician wanted for busy full-service boatbuilding facility and marina. Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of service and new construction with strong organizational skills. Minimum 10 years in the related field with ABYC certification preferred.  Salary commensurate with experience.


Air Conditioning/Refrigeration – Experienced refrigeration and air conditioning tech with strong electrical and mechanical skills. Current EPA refrigeration handling license is a plus but NEB will train the right candidate.  Salary commensurate with experience.

 

Metal Fabricators – Certified Aluminum/Stainless Steel Welders and Fabricators experienced in mig and tig.  NEB will certify candidates upon hire.  Salary commensurate with experience. 


Yacht Spray Painter – Applicants should have knowledge in fairing, preparation and application of urethane and enamel finishes and varnish work. Experience in spray application is preferred.  Salary commensurate with experience.

 

Yacht Paint Preparation – Seeking workers to perform paint and fiberglass preparation.  Tasks include sanding, fairing, filling holes/cracks, masking and rolling bottom paints.  Some experience in similar applications preferred.  Salary commensurate with experience.

 

Stock Room Clerk – for busy marina stockroom in Portsmouth, RI. Duties include shipping & receiving, documentation and handling, data entry, assisting customers and employees at sales counter, stocking shelves, parts ordering.  Purchasing and procurement experience desired.  Some lifting required. Willing to work weekends & overtime as required. Salary commensurate with experience.

 

Security Guard – Seeking a security guard for 2nd and 3rd shifts. 5-years’ experience in a similar position is preferred.  Salary commensurate with experience.
