Ultralon Foam Group-Sales Account Manager
Position Title: “Sales Account Manager”
Reporting To: General Manager – Ultralon Foam Group
Location: Rhode Island USA based. National and some International travel required
Purpose of role:
- Actively grow Ultralon foam products business across North America and Canada, develop new business and create “lock in” for future sales ensuring sustainable long-term revenue growth.
Securing and driving new and existing customer growth with new product sales focus throughout North America and Canada.
Recognize opportunities and work the opportunity to create revenue growth.
Develop strong relationships with resellers, distributors and foam end users
Manage and review terms of trade with customers (payment terms, freight arrangements, pricing)
Perform commercial cost/benefit analysis of existing and prospective customers
Strive to maximize customer satisfaction and create a “lock in” through specific USP of our products.
Maximize revenue and gross margin through strategic sales alliances
Identify new customers and sales channels utilizing foam products across North America
Preparation of customer quotes and customer supply agreements
Weekly and monthly sales reporting (weekly call reports, monthly reports, strategic sales plans)
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the requirements of customers are met (Customer Service Team, Operations Team, Product Development Team)
Assist with marketing and attend trade shows as required.
-The applicant must have a proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets.
-Our customers are varied, end users, re-sellers, distributors and manufacturers the applicant would benefit from a practical, technical and sporting background.
-Must be able to work in a team environment.
-Observe the companies Health and Safety policies.
-2 to 3 Sales Experience Required
-Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Preferred
