Power Tools Maintenance/Stock Room & Inventory Control Associate
Role and Objectives
-
Ensure that facility is operating efficiently
-
Ensure that building facilities adhere to proper safety standards & cleaning
procedures
-
Maintain equipment, tools & building provisions to meet health and safety
requirements.
-
Communicate with external contractors and vendors as needed
-
Maintain building, tools and all facilities up to code and accurately follow
maintenance protocol
-
Maintaining Stock Room & Inventory Control
Responsibilities
-
Maintain all facility areas clean.
-
Maintain cleaning log current per facility areas
-
Run routine maintenance inspections
-
Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general
conservation.
-
Maintaining Power tools in good working condition
-
Prepare timeframes
-
Assist in building improvement and repair:
➢ Plumbing, HVAC (if applicable) and other building systems.
-
Create and Maintain Inventory Schedule and records of equipment (facility tools &
machinery (CNC except- discuss with CNC Supervisor)- (work w/Procurement to
create the original worksheet Inventory log. Non QMS- ISO calibrated)

Maintain, repair and/or process for repair & maintenance w/outside vendors all
facility tools

Prepare POs for facility maintenance for requisitions

Comply with all health and safety policy and procedures

Maintain the Mechanical room clean and proper in accordance with operation
safety standards
-
Maintain the Mechanical room logs per company maintenance and policy & QMS.
-
Schedule and work with ISO Mgr./ IA the calibration of tools and/ or machinery per
QMS. Not responsible for Log Maintenance.

Support any maintenance and installment work as needed
-
Assist and maintain facilities operational per OSHA standards
-
Assist in Stock Room
-
Assist in Maintaining Inventory Control
